U.S. Immigration Practice
Our practice is limited exclusively to U.S. immigration law including Business Visa applications and extensions, Tourist Visa Extensions, Religious Worker Visas and Green Cards, family and employment based legal permanent resident status (Green Cards), Green Card lottery, Asylum and Citizenship. We are often asked to intercede with U.S.C.I.S. (Immigration Services) on behalf of clients with "problem" cases.
Our firm represents clients from around the U.S. and we often travel to attend Immigration interviews in cities throughout the country. Our clients come form around the world, from over 40 different countries. They are professionals, students, clergy, teachers, business people, diplomats, children and seniors.
